Asst Manager Engineering
1) Working as a SITE MANAGER on the PIPE LINE Project. My responsibility is to execute the work as per Drawing on Site. This project includes both Metallic & Non-Metallic Piping, with Accessories like valves, fittings etc. Moreover, I also work as a planning Engineer to plan the MS Pipe stock fordifferent Pipe Modules like STEAM, HOT WATER, FIRE FIGHTING, DIESEL, NATURAL GAS. In addition to pipe line, our Project Scope also includes the Installation of whole Fire Fighting Network which includes FIRE CABINETS, HOSE REELS, FIRE HYDRANTS, FIRE BIRGADE CONNECTIONS, Nozzels, couplingsetc. 2)Work as PROCUREMENT ENGINEER. Supervise all the purchase related to project of Mechanical and a part of Electrical as well. Maintain a stock of consumable materials in the store. Standardize the quality of purchase. 3) Work as a PRODUCTION ENGINEER. Understand the complete drawing of the Machine including its Cutting, Bending, rolling, Fabrication, welding and its erection and testing as well.2) Work as R & D ENGINEER on a Project of Installation & Erection of Gas Scrubber. I introduce a Venturi Duct in the Scrubber system to accelerate the waste gas stream to atomize the scrubbing liquid and to improve gas-liquid contact.Work on the manufacturing of Pressure vessels e.g. Steam Generator 500kg/hr capacity. Also work on the manufacturing of different Textile machines like Washing Machine Barrel type, Scrapping Machine, Thread sucker.
